ZSCN Changbei International 1.0.0
ZSCN Changbei International is an airport included in the "VHHH Hub Tour" as part of Alliance Airways VA.
"Nanchang Changbei International Airport (IATA: KHN, ICAO: ZSCN) is an airport serving Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi province, China. It is located 28 km north of Nanchang"
The present Gateway ZSCN is inadequate. It consists of a single misplaced runway and one taxiway. There is,somewhere, a Chinese X-Plane scenery for ZSCN, maybe on Avsim China, I have seen a screenshot but can't access the download.
So, I decided to make one myself. This new version reflects the new layout with two terminals and vastly expanded aprons. The runway ends have been checked with Google Earth, but the ILS is now slightly misaligned both ends and will need corrected. This can be done in XP10 by the "edit" function in the local map, but XP11 relies on the default nav data being corrected. I have submitted the Airport to the Laminar Scenery Gateway process for that reason.
So, here is my updated version on ZSCN. Very simple, using only default objects, hence the small size, but greatly improved in detail, with signage, taxi lines and lights and an ATC network for use in "Airport Navigator"
The tower position is a guess as I can't see any photos giving an accurate position.
This airport definitely needs "flattened."
Screenshots show airport with the XP11 "Draw Parked Aircraft" activated.
Enjoy
